1. ADMISSION AND RETENTION

       RECORD AND ADMISSION CENTER
       The Record and Admission Center Keeps the student's record from the documents    
       during admission until the student graduates from the program.



    ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
      1.1 Admission of Freshmen
       A student seeking admission to any course of the school must be a graduate of any  
       public or secondary school recognized by the government.

       Upon enrollment, he must present the following credentials:
        1.1     High School Report Card
        1.2     Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school
        1.3     Birth Certificate (Authenticated by NSO)
        1.4     2pcs. 2x2 ID picture

     1.2 Admission of Transferees

          Transferee who wishes to study in Academia de Davao College should submit the  
          following credentials:

       2.1      Transcript of Records (TOR)
       2.2      Honorable Dismissal
       2.3      Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school
       2.4      Birth Certificate (Authenticated by NSO)
       2.5      2pcs. 2x2 ID picture

2. REGISTRATION
     
      2.1 REGISTRATION OF SUBJECT
Any students who enrolls and pays the corresponding fees shall report and attend the classes from the     start of the classes. Failure to do so shall mean a grade of "9.0" (dropped) unless all subjects shall be officially dropped through the Student Accounts Office and subjects shall be truncated. 

     2.2 PRE-REQUISITE SUBJECT REGULATION
Pre-requisite subjects are those that must be completed to qualify the students for enrollment in subsequent (and usually related) subjects. Students are not allowed to take advanced subjects without finishing first the pre-requisite courses. If they do so, the advanced subject shall not be credited to them regardless of their performance in it.

    2.3 ADDING AND DROPPING OF SUBJECTS
A student who wishes to change his/her subject load may do so within the enrollment period. Failure to change within the prescribed period of adding/dropping shall mean payment of fee.

    2.4 OVERLOADING OF SUBJECTS
A subject load is based on the curriculum of a program. Overloading of subjects not allowed. 

3. ACADEMIC STANDARD AND DISCIPLINE


    3.1 ATTENDANCE
Under the term system, which Academia de Davao adopts, the school requires nine (9) weeks of classes from Monday to Friday for Academic subjects, while Saturday and Sunday for Non-Academic subject.

Students are expected t attend classes regularly. Attendance is counted from the first regular class meeting.

Student who incur 3-days consecutive absences is not allowed to attend the class unless otherwise he will secure an admission slip from the Guidance Office bearing an excuse letter duly signed by his parent or guardian. But if the number of days absent for subjects with laboratory, the computation of grades shall be 70 percent for lecture and 30 percent for laboratory. For Technical programs, 70 percent laboratory and 30 percent for lecture.

3.3.1  COMPLETION OF INCOMPLETE GRADES

Students must seek for their grades two weeks after the final examination to their respective trainers. If their grade is found to be incomplete, they should ask for a completion form from the Registrar's Office and be submitted five days after filing.

3.3.2  EVALUATION OF GRADES

Evaluation of subjects is required before proceeding to other subjects that needs pre-requisites. A student should have to know - how's on evaluating their own grades and subjects. He should bear the concern for his individual grade. For their guidance, they could refer it to their respective program heads. And for further clarifications, they could ask for the assistance of the Registrar.

3.3.3 COMPLAINTS ON GRADES

Complaints on grade obtained shall be entertained only within a period of one week after posted schedule for grade distribution. Grade complaints will not be entertained after said period.

4. SCHOLARSHIPS GRANTS

For students having the willingness to continue their studies, but actually lacks financial support, the school offers the following scholarships grants.

    4.1 ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP

   A. Valedictorian
        Qualification:  Certified Secondary Valedictorian of graduating class of 40 or more
        students
        Grant:            100% tuition fee
   B. Salutatorian
        Qualification:     Certified Secondary Salutatorian of graduating class of 40 or more
        students
        Grant:            75% tuition fee
 
   C. First Honorable Mention
        Qualification: Certified Secondary Salutatorian of graduating class of 40 or more
        students
        Grant:             50% tuition fee
